Chair is Carolina Gómez Lagerlöf. As site for 2013 was chosen: Kiev in Ucraine, where we can have a look at Tshernobyl. Most of the ESFS delegates come from Eastern Europe. The results for the awards were analogous to that. Nobody knows if we will come together again in Leipzig after the next two years. About 200 fans came, a bigger convention in Germany. The DSFP award (Deutscher SF Preis) was given to Karsten Kruschel for his novel "Vilm". The DSFP comes from SFCD (Science Fiction Club Deutschlan).
